This policy covers ringmate.in — this website. It explains what happens to your information when you visit or get in touch.
The short version. This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels and no cookies. The demo form doesn't send anything anywhere — it writes an email and hands it to your own mail app, and nothing reaches us unless you press send.
What this policy does not cover
RingMate also provides a calling service to businesses. When one of our clients uses it to call their own customers, the client decides who is called and why — they hold the customer relationship and the consent to call. We only act on their instructions. If you received a call from a business using RingMate and want your details removed, contact that business, or write to us at the address below and we will pass it on and suppress the number.
What we collect
When you fill in the demo form
Nothing is transmitted to us at that moment. The form assembles an email in your own mail application containing the name, brand, phone number, email address and order volume you typed. It is a draft on your device until you choose to send it. If you close it instead, we never see it.
When you email us
We receive whatever you write, including your email address and any details you include. We use it only to reply and to arrange a demo. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share it.
When you simply visit
Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the time. These are used to serve the site and to spot abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
Cookies and tracking
None. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social media trackers. Nothing you do here is recorded against you.
The interactive parts — the cost calculator, the call demo, the language toggle — run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into the calculator reaches us.
The voice demo
Pressing Play uses your browser's own built-in speech feature to read the script aloud. No audio is recorded, and no microphone is used or requested.

How long we keep things
- Demo enquiries: kept while we're in conversation and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick the thread back up. Ask us and we'll delete yours sooner.
- Server logs: retained by our host on their own schedule, typically a few weeks.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. There is no charge, and you don't need to give a reason.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries live in our email inbox, protected by the provider's own security and two-factor authentication on our account. No system is perfect, and we won't pretend otherwise — but this site holds no database and no accounts, so there is very little here to lose.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
